What can I expect at Real? Real estate jobs are to generate residential leads who want to buy/sell and promote the interest of your future clients. I'm interested in the next step of joining Real, what's next? Once you have considered all real estate jobs and decide to join Real, click "Become a Real estate Agent" on our website and fill out the contact form. A recruiter will talk with you and, if it's a fit, send you the independent contractor agreement (ICA) to e-sign. No resume is required to apply (we are not your traditional employers nor our we).

Will I need a resume? No.

What fees do I pay? There is no monthly fee or transaction fee before you cap. There is a $149 startup investment fee and a $500 annual brokerage fee, which is deducted from your first two transactions. You are responsible for joining and paying for your membership to a local board and MLS. After you reach your annual cap, you receive 100% commission and pay a $225 per transaction fee for sales or $125 per lease.

How do I earn 100% commission? For the first $80,000 in total commissions, you earn an 85% split. After that, you earn a 100% split for the remainder of the 12-month period based on your starting date.

Do you provide office space? Can I work from home? Real does not provide office space for its licensed partners. That’s why we can offer such great splits, technology & support with no monthly fees. We encourage those who want to use flexible workspaces such as Regus. You can also locate in your local community other virtual office locations.

What marketing help do I get? Real provides you with tools to market yourself, starting with a personal app to share and a website with built-in lead magnets that capture lead info in your app. Additional options include a print store where you can order business cards, signage, flyers, and car magnets based on professionally-designed templates. And for the organized partners who want to, we have a large discount on Chime Technologies CRM.

What if I need support? Other real estate jobs advertise office support only to find out the support they provide is outdated. Real has an on-demand support team to help with whatever you need. The team includes transaction specialists, board & MLS experts, tech support & managers for compliance questions, and more. You can tap the team whenever you want through the chat function in your Real app, by email, or by phone.

Does Real provide training? Real offers multiple live training and continuing education opportunities each week with top brokers, agents, and coaches. Every live class is recorded and stored in our extensive video training library giving you the ability to self-train at your own pace on your own schedule 24/7.
